TRYOUT FEE - $15.00 (Cash ONLY!!! $10 if you attend the Information Meeting)
INFORMATION MEETING - PreRegister and attend this meeting to get $5 off of your tryout fee - pay only $10 Cash at tryouts (but get $15 credit toward fees). If you do not pre-register AND attend this meeting, you will pay the $10 Cash at tryouts, but only $10 will be credited to your account if selected to a team. If you do not attend meeting at all, you will pay $15 Cash at tryouts.

GENERAL MEETINGS - TEAM MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING TRYOUTS. Players who are selected to a team must plan on attending the general meeting with their team and coach immediately following tryouts. This is MANDATORY!!! All paperwork will be finalized. More importantly, this is also everyone's first team meeting. Coaches will use this time to share their expectations, philosophy, and approach to the season. Just as important, this is a great opportunity for players and parents to get to know their coaches.
Registration Forms
The CEVA Regional Membership Registration must be done online and prior to tryouts, through Columbia Empire Volleyball Assoc. You will find a green Webpoint Login button at the top right of their home page for renewing members and a "New to CEVA? Click Here" link for new members. Returning CEVA members will need to have access to their email account when initiating the registration process. Please read and follow all CEVA instructions carefully to ensure complete and accurate registration. DO NOT PAY THE CEVA REGISTRATION FEE, this is included in your dues. In order to tryout, the following forms must be printed and signed by both the player and a parent or legal guardian and brought to tryouts:- Membership Verification Page - from CEVA website
- Waiver & Release of Liability Form - from CEVA website
Season Information
Teams practice twice a week at local Canby schools and participate in a minimum of 6 tournaments between January and May, depending on the age group and team placement. Additional tournaments may be added, at the discretion of the Canby Volleyball Club and with team members’ consent. These tournaments are optional, so each family can decide what is best for their player, both from a scheduling and financial standpoint.
